Selecting a diamond or style design for your engagement ring can be a daunting task to anyone. There is a lot of mixed information out there and trying to become a diamond expert in a matter of just a few short weeks, or months, is no simple project. As gemologists and diamond specialists, we go through hundreds of diamonds weekly and still find ourselves learning new things once in a while too ;) While it definitely helps to know the 4 C's, there are no hard rules and the main end goal is to end up picking a diamond you visually absolutely LOVE and a ring design that looks flattering on your hand. This means liking the shape, the cut, the color and real life appearance of the finished engagement ring.  Researching online can definitely help you familiarize yourself with the different terminology and basic pricing/quality guidelines but having visuals is the only way to know for certain what you will be getting.

Click on the filters found at the top and side of the page to narrow down each factor of your ring or diamond to help zone in on exactly what you would be interested in seeing.

LOOSE DIAMOND GALLERY

Sort by diamond shape: On the left you can filter out all loose diamond videos that involve the diamond shape you are interested in. For example, click round and cushion to only view round and cushion videos. This link has that exact parameter narrowed down to show only loose diamond videos containing these shape diamonds

Sort by price range: Within those parameters, you can even further narrow it down to view diamonds only within your desired budget. For example, you can select “up to $5000” or “$20-$30,000”. This filter only shows loose cushion cut diamond options in the $20,000 to $30,000 price range. Keep in mind these videos are of diamonds we have selected for clients in the past so these exact stones will most likely not be available at the present date.  Either way, we definitely have something similar or better in stock for you to choose from

Sort by quality comparison: This specific tool will help you learn about the different qualities and how they look side by side. You can see how different colors and clarities compare once they are all lined up and really get a visual of the nuances in these changes. This video would show you all the oval diamond comparison videos showcasing the various colors and clarities side by side in the $5,000 to $10,000 range

You can also sort by cut comparison or size comparison if that is what you are interested in viewing.  Also if you want to see how the increasingly popular loose moissanite stones look there is an option for that as well.  The options are endless!

CUSTOM RING GALLERY  Our video gallery for finished custom engagement ring designs works in the same manner. Here we feature videos of completed rings we have made for clients that have been featured on Youtube and our Instagram page.

Filter by setting design: You can select to view all the same style engagement ring settings of your choice. For example, you can view only halo rings, or you can view only rings with three rows of diamonds on the band. This link has narrowed down all of our rings with three rows of diamonds and to be in the $10-$15,000 range.

Filter by diamond center stone size: You can view all rings with the center stone carat weight of your liking. For example, you can view all the oval diamonds, in halo settings, that are in the 1-1.5 carat center stone size.

Filter by metal color: You can opt to view all of our colored metal rings and with the diamond shape of your choice in the center, and in the setting style of your choice. For example here are all the cushion cut rings, 1.5 to 2 carats in the center, in rose or yellow gold settings 

There are plenty of other options for filtering down to the exact style of ring you are looking for such as price range (at the top).  Also, you can look specifically at videos of moissanite engagement rings or ones with color gemstone/diamond centers.  Once you find the video you are looking for you can simply click on it to watch the video in HD quality playback.  There is an option to leave a comment however we do advise the gallery is more for educational/viewing purposes and if you would like pricing or custom option information on a particular ring to e-mail us directly at [email protected].
